How We Work

We are a small team where everyone knows each other. Accountants sit beside developers. Problems get solved quickly because the people who understand the numbers also understand the systems.

We expect accountants to pick up some coding, and developers to understand the accounting side. That crossover is how we build better tools and deliver a better service to clients.

Our Story

Incorpro was founded in 2020 in Skerries, Co. Dublin by Andrew Doherty FCA. He had worked at Crowe Ireland and Virtu Financial, and saw how much small businesses were paying for basic compliance work.

He built the first version of the platform himself, combining accounting qualifications with coding skills. The firm has since grown to a team of 14, now based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.

What We Look For

People who are curious and want to understand how both the numbers and the systems work. We hire accountants, developers, and client support staff who take ownership of their work.

We value people who can identify problems and fix them independently. If you want to work somewhere that builds its own tools and handles real client work every day, get in touch.

Where and How We Work

Our head office is in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. Some roles are office-based, others are flexible. We are upfront about what each role requires during the hiring process.

We give our team the tools they need and the space to use them. Around 40% of company time goes into building and improving our own software, so there is always something new to work on.
