Cookies Policy

Last Updated: 4 June 2026

This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them on our website, and the choices you have. Some of the cookies we set are linked to identifiers that, in combination with other data, can identify you; see the cookie table below for the specific cookies and their purpose. For details of how we handle your personal information generally, see our Privacy Notice.

Definitions

The capitalised terms used in this Cookies Policy have the meanings set out below, whether they appear in singular or plural form:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Cookies Policy) refers to Incorpro Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 654276 with its registered office at Unit 2, 2 Bridge Street, Athlone, Westmeath, N37 V8N7, Ireland.
  • Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They typically store an identifier or a small amount of state that allows the site to recognise your device on a return visit or maintain your session.
  • Website refers to incorpro.ie, accessible from https://www.incorpro.ie
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or a company, or any legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

Types of cookies we use

The cookies on this site fall into two groups. Essential cookies are always set. Non-essential cookies are set only after you accept via our consent banner; the specific cookies in each group are listed below.

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function (login session, security tokens). These are always set and cannot be disabled.
  • Non-essential cookies (set only after consent) — these comprise analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the site, and advertising cookies, which measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Google Ads.

The specific cookies in each group are listed in the table below. Cookies are either session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remain on your device for a set period).

Cookies We Use

The following table lists the specific cookies set on this website:

Cookie Name Provider Type Purpose Duration
sessionid Incorpro Essential Maintains your login session 24 hours (or until logout)
csrftoken Incorpro Essential Website security token that protects form submissions Up to 1 year
_ga Google (via GTM) Analytics Distinguishes unique website users for Google Analytics Up to 2 years
_ga_* Google (via GTM) Analytics Maintains session state for Google Analytics Up to 2 years
_gcl_au Google (via GTM) Advertising Links ad click data with conversion events for Google Ads attribution Up to 3 months
test_cookie Google (set via doubleclick.net) Advertising Probe cookie set by Google's DoubleClick infrastructure to test whether the browser accepts third-party cookies; used by Google Ads and other Google advertising services Same day

Analytics and advertising cookies (Google) are only set after you accept cookies via our consent banner.

Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage (not as a cookie) and persists for up to six months, after which we will ask you to confirm your choice again, in line with Irish Data Protection Commission guidance. You can change your preference at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in our footer or the cookie settings button shown on every page.

Your Choices Regarding Cookies

Cookie Consent Banner: When you first visit our website, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to:

  • Accept All - This will enable all categories of cookies including analytics and advertising cookies
  • Reject All - This will disable all non-essential cookies while maintaining necessary cookies for basic website functionality

Google Consent Mode: We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which means:

  • By default, all analytics and advertising cookies are disabled until you provide consent
  • If you reject cookies, our analytics tags do not set cookies on your device; under Consent Mode v2, Google still receives a cookieless signal indicating that consent was refused, which Google may use for aggregated conversion modelling on its side
  • Your consent choice is remembered for future visits
  • You can change your consent preferences at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in our footer or the cookie settings button shown on every page

International transfers: Data collected by the Google analytics and advertising cookies listed above (including _ga, _ga_*, _gcl_au and test_cookie) is transferred to Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is governed by the 2021 EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which are incorporated into the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum that we have accepted with Google Ireland Limited.

How Google uses your data: When you consent to advertising and analytics cookies, Google uses the data collected (including for ads personalisation and the serving of personalised and non-personalised advertising). For more information, see Google's Business Data Responsibility Site.

If you prefer to avoid the use of cookies on the website, you can click "Reject All" on our cookie banner. You may also disable cookies in your browser and delete the cookies your browser has saved for this website. You can use this option to prevent the use of cookies at any time.

If you do not accept our cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the website and some features may not function properly. However, essential website functionality will remain available.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; consult your browser's help pages for instructions.
