Yes. In line with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, identification is required. After you complete the online form, we'll send you an SMS with a secure link to the ID-Pal mobile app. You'll use it to upload your ID and proof of address — typically a passport or driver's licence, and a utility bill or bank statement. This process is safe, fast, and fully compliant.

ID-Pal is a secure mobile application we use to verify your identity. You'll receive an SMS with a download link after submitting your registration. Through the app, you upload a photo ID and proof of address by taking pictures — the process takes less than 5 minutes.
